Membership: $80.00 per year, valid for twelve months from date of purchase.
Student Membership: $40.00 per year. Available to students of Elementary, Secondary or Post-Secondary Institutions.
Members-only benefits include:
- A voice in your Guitar Society: Members in good standing can vote in Guitar Society of Toronto elections, participate in the Annual General Meeting, and stand for election to the board of directors.
- Season subscription discount: members save almost 30% on regular season subscription purchases.
- Six concerts $150 (a saving of $60 over single ticket cost of $210, or a saving of $30 over single senior ticket cost of $180).
- Student Subscription: Six concerts $75 (a saving of $15 over single ticket cost of $90, i.e. one free concert).
- Subscriptions include concerts for regular season only.
Tickets for the Toronto Guitar Weekend are sold separately. (Non-member Subscriptions – see below)
- Bring a guest! Members are entitled to one free ticket to any regular season concert to introduce a friend to Guitar Society concerts. Contact amann@guitarsocietyoftoronto.com to get the promotion code.
- FlexiNail! The Guitar Society has received a complimentary supply of FlexiNail, a product to keep your guitar-playing nails strong and healthy. While our supply lasts, members can receive a free bottle of FlexiNail (valued at approximately $60).
- Open mic evenings: Members and donors can try out their guitar pieces and enjoy guitar chat in a friendly, informal setting.
In 2022-23, we will offer a combination of on-line and in-person gatherings. Open mics will be held the last Tuesday of every month except December. Email reminders are sent to members and donors a few days before each open mic.
